The Application of Data Mining Technique in Early Warning Management of Talent Drain in a Company

With the increasingly development, the company faces the problems like high talent turnover, and heavy brain drain. We indicate to use data mining technique, utilize rough set theory to construct multivariable decision tree to build talent drain analyzing model, discuss the reason and laws of brain drain, do empirical research, in order to build early warning management of talent drain in a company, and provide use of reference for the scientization and rationalization for the company talent management.
