An Analysis of Management Systems Correspondent with Humanistic Enterprise Culture

As far as management systems of fostering humanistic enterprise culture are concerned, this thesis first gives a thorough analysis of the connotation of humanistic culture, and then in the light of the incentive theory, it brings forward a set of management systems correspondent with humanistic enterprise culture based on the main needs of employees, which includes the communication system between managers and the staff, affection management system, and staffs career planning system.
