Research on the Staff Management Model of Cultural Creative Enterprise
Cultural creative enterprise attracts employees which are different from the general enterprise employees with its unique creative feature, which put forward the challenge of staff management model. This paper holds that the staff management model in cultural creative enterprise must be reformed by using the comparative method and builds the participatory management in managing staff in cultural creative enterprise through analyzing the unique needs of employees of cultural creative enterprise.
