Theory and Practice on Innovation of Corporate Culture---Analysis on Impact Factors of Corporate Culture Innovation
Adopting the combination of normative and empirical analysis methods, this article analyzes impact factors which are closely correlated with the corporate culture innovation, including entrepreneurs, corporate employees behavior, corporate strategy, business organization, enterprise system, the external environment factors, and take Haler Group as an example to discuss how to utilize the above factors for the realization of innovative corporate culture. At last, it came to the conclusion that there is a relationship of interaction and coexistence between the corporate culture innovation and the above-mentioned impact factors.
