Strategy Analysis of Reverse Logistics in the Pearl River Delta Retail Enterprises Facing Green Marketing

摘要：

Under the background that environmental protection is becoming a key issue in our society, the reverse logistics management is significant in creating green supply chain and environmental protection. Based on the status and characteristics of reverse logistics of the Pearl River delta retail enterprise, this paper emphatically analyses the existing problem in the Pearl River delta retail enterprise, and give some suggestions to improve the management level in the Pearl River delta retail enterprises.
