Capability Route Construction for Emerging Enterprises: A Case Study of Thermal Measurement Enterprises
This paper studies enterprise capability element system from the perspective of operation and management based on capability of thermal measurement enterprises, combining theory with practice. It puts forward that the enterprise competitiveness cultivation is essential to the long-term development of thermal measurement enterprises. It advocates that thermal measurement enterprises are in the early stage of development, the entrepreneur capability is the core capability of the enterprise development, all the other key capabilities are centered on the core capability. It establishes the capability system model of thermal measurement enterprises and concludes that the entrepreneur capability is the core capability of thermal measurement enterprises, profitability is fundamental for the survival of a firm, operation capability is basic for an enterprise, while enhancing capability enables enterprises to adjust to changing environment, which provide a perspective and research framework for the development of thermal measurement enterprises.
