Core Competitiveness Based Research on Private EnterprisesOperation of Diversification

摘要：

It is an important research to every private enterprise of diversification operation that is cultivating and promoting its core competitiveness. The failure of Private enterprises diversification strategy is mainly due to lacking core competitiveness. They ignore that the strategy of diversification should be based on core competitiveness. And they ignore culturing, enhancing and managing core competitiveness in strategy of diversification operation. This article analyzes the change from diversification to refocusing, and proves that private enterprises diversification strategy must be based on core competitiveness, and only in this way can private enterprise succeed.
