Research of Whole Process Quality Management Innovation of Engineering Blasting Enterprise Based on Engineering Supervision
Facing serious safety situation, blasting construction enterprise, as a high-risk industry, should improve safety management level and innovate safety management mode continuously to increase economic benefit. Previous blasting engineering management mode can not meet the demands of the development of enterprise. When blasting safety supervision is developed gradually, management level of blasting industry can be improved by popularizing blasting new technology positively. Risk and hazardous factors can be eliminated and controlled effectively to guarantee project quality. It can play important role for the development of blasting enterprises. By analyzing characteristics of blasting engineering and importance of safety management, an innovation mode of whole process quality management of engineering blasting enterprise based on engineering supervision is proposed in this paper. Safety management of blasting enterprise can be divided into three stages, pre-blasting, blasting and post-blasting. Meanwhile, safety supervision is carried out in the whole process of blasting. Basic methods and emphasis of safety construction of blasting in different stages can be also proposed to standardize and normalize design and construction for blasting enterprises. It provides a safety assurance for the rapid growth of blasting enterprises. Such research of whole process quality management innovation of engineering blasting enterprise based on engineering supervision has some guiding significance for the healthy growth of blasting construction enterprises.
