Study on the Technology Innovation of Construction Enterprises in China
Innovation is the weapon for enterprises to succeed, and it is also the soul of enterprises in the Age of knowledge and information. It is necessary for us to pay attention to the cultivation of technological innovation capability for construction enterprises itself. The mechanism of technology innovation should be set up, conditions of technology innovation be improved, and an effective technological innovation model be explored to strengthen the competitiveness of construction enterprises. This paper discusses practicability for the technological innovation capability of the construction enterprises, and analyses of the existing problem of the technological innovation system. According to the international and domestic situations at present, the new methods of the policy choice about the technological innovation are proposed to ensure the construction enterprises to get sustained market competition advantage.
