Study on the Creative Strategy Concerning How to Improve Urban Competitive Power----Take Shijiazhuang for Ezample

摘要：

This thesis made a summary for the definition and nature of urban competitive power. proposed a new index system for assessing urban competitive power, in accordance with the principles like scientific, reasonable, comparable, operable, systematic, prospective and human-based, reflecting the present condition of urban competitive power in China comprehensively and objectively. This index system established three types: economy, society and human resource, including comprehensive economic power, industrial structure, opening up degree, technology level, urban infrastructure, official management ability, urban environment, human resource and living quality. After analyzed these indexes, we set 19 first-class assessing targets, and take Shijiazhuang for an example to discuss the concrete measures of improving urban competitive power.
