The Research on Cross-border Operation and Internationalization Strategies Innovation of Chinas Private Enterprises
The exports and foreign investment of Chinas private sector account for a considerable proportion of the aggregate export and foreign investment values of China. A unique Zhejiang Pattern came into being based on nearly 30 years development for Chinas private enterprises. This Paper adopts a couple of research methods, namely, quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis and PEST method, etc. It tries to find out both the advantages and disadvantages of Chinas private businesses in terms of international operations, with advantages of the introduction of flexible strategies and management, industrial cluster. The drawbacks are low level of products R&D, lack of self-innovation, absence of brand marketing, shortage of talents, etc. In virtue of the previous findings, the Paper puts forward some practical countermeasures and the consequent strategies of realizing the harmonious and sustainable development of Chinas private enterprises.
