The Concept of SMEs Development in Hebei Province
SMEs play an important role in the promotion of Hebei provinces economic and social development. The scientific development of enterprises is the main problem for SMEs. This article is based on the development of SMEs in Hebei, analyzes the strategic importance of SMEs development, finds out main factors that constrain SMEs development of Hebei province, and in the current environment promotes suitable measures to force scientific development of SMEs, such as the adjustment and optimization of regional industrial layout, achievement of industrial upgrading, the promotion of technological innovation and etc.
