Research on the Path of Cultivation of Core Competence of SMEsEnterprise Strategic Coalition
Small and middle enterprises promote Chinas economic growth. In the financial crisis, SMEs are also one major force to solve the problem of national employment, and play a key role in the national economy. Compared with big and medium-sized enterprises SMEs have their own disadvantages. With help of enterprise strategic coalition, SMEs can learn from each other and effectively promote the enterprises competitive strength. This paper analyzes the shortage of SMEs enterprise strategic coalition and puts forward the path of cultivation of core competence of SMEs enterprise strategic coalition.
