Study on the Factors of Improvement in Corporate Governance Mechanism
The paper considers that the basic cause of the nonperfect corporation governance system is the failure of setting up the system of firm property ownership. The direct cause of the corporation governance losing effect is the current personnel and incentive system which are influenced by the sense focusing on official poison, and the low efficiency supervise is the exterior factor. Accordingly, the paper presents the ways to improve the system of corporation governance based on the four issues above mentioned.
