Create Value through Human Capital Auditing
To achieve competitive advantage through human capital, companies are urged to purse well through-out strategies of human capital audit. This article describes a model to assess the leverage of a firms human capital. The model suggests that the alignment of social capital and human capital in the process of creation value could be appraised by investigation from perceived human capital practices, organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizational justice, organizational culture, leadership.
