The Diagnostic Power of the Learning Transfer System Inventory in Determining the Catalysts and Barriers to Transfer of Learning
This study examines the diagnostic power of the Learning Transfer System Inventory (LTSI) in determining catalysts and barriers to transfer of learning in a multinational corporation. Data were gathered from 110 executive using self-administered LTSI questionnaire. The LTSI mean score was classified as either catalyst or barrier of learning transfer thus providing the corporation with reasons why a training program did or did not work and a means for targeting interventions designed to enhance transfer.
