An Empirical Examination of the Impact of Strategic Human Resource Development on Firms Performance
This paper is to explore empirical relationship between strategic human resource development (SHRD) and its impact on firms performance. Empirical evidence from 103 participant companies from the United States support that SHRD as an integrated system, which including talent acquisition, learning organization, organization development, performance development, and leadership development, has significant positive impact on firms performance.
