Cross-cultural Learning Experiences of Organization Development and Change Consultants Working Around the Globe

The purpose of this qualitative study was to understand the learning process of organizational development and change consultants working across cultures. The in-depth interviews with cross-cultural consultants revealed critical incidents that triggered their learning, the challenges they met and the way they addressed them as well as lessons learned in the process. Implications for theory and practice are discussed.
