Career Development for MBA Participants in China:Constraints, Challenges, and Solutions
Under the transitioning context, MBA programs have been promoted as a strategy to developing management talents in China. This study examines career constraints and challenges facing MBA participants in Chinese context based on a literature review and empirical data. The study concludes that the solution to address careers under current Chinese context is to developing career counseling capacity to assist MBA participantscareer transition in order to make their MBA experience successful.
