A Case Study of Innovation
This study aims to explore how leadership and contextual factors influence innovation in R&D teams in national laboratories, using the approach of a case study. The preliminary results suggested several potential determinants of innovation success, including internal and external leader characteristics, large external network, cohesive internal network, high trust level, continuous learning, dissatisfaction with status quo, equality, and risk-taking. They also generated questions future studies could explore.
