Entrepreneurial Team Creativity, Entrepreneurial Leadership, and New Venture Performance
This paper reviews the contributions of entrepreneurial team creativity and entrepreneurial leadership to new venture performance from the perspective of entrepreneurial learning. It offers an overview of entrepreneurial learning and examines the relationships among team creativity, entrepreneurial leadership, and new venture performance. It also develops a framework to discuss implications for practice and research. The study finds that entrepreneurial leadership and entrepreneurial team creativity both have an important impact on new venture performance.
