Workforce Diversity Research in China
During the past decades, many scholars have contributed to diversity research and made lots of progress. In China, some great trends call for diversity research.Based on context of china, diversity research focuses and paths are not as much the same as those of other countries. It is necessary to enhance diversity research in China. This article introduces some overseas work force diversity researches and results, and discusses the feasibility of application of these results in Chinese organizations. Then it makes an exploratory discussion on the diversity researches in future, with the consideration of the characters of Chinas development.
