Research of China Non-profit Organization Performance Appraisal System

Since 1970s, the non-profit organization (NPO) , which is different from the market and government organization, has developed at a rapid speed. In China, more and more attention has been poured into this field. But at the same time, there re still a lot of problems facing the development of NPOs. This thesis analyses the situation of current China NPOs and the establishment of its performance appraisal system, against the background of China Harmonious Society. Through the two created NPO performance appraisal system, one is based from organizations own characteristic and the other is from its different level and guidance, we can implement the comprehensive and effective management to our NPOs in order to guide their healthy and continuous development.
