Beyond Business and School Education into National Human Resource Development in Korean Context?

摘要：

The financial crisis and the advent of knowledge-based economy have facilitated the coming of Human Resource Development (HRD) age in Korea. In the meantime,HRD policies have been made by government. Especially National HRD was newly coined and were even debated in AHRD Conference. This study attempts to identify the characteristics of the HRD policies, derive the new directions of the project, and trigger the academic debate about the scope of HRD and the role of nation.
