A Reality-Learning Approach in Human Resource Development for Global Change
This paper introduces the reality-learning approach in Human Resource Development for global change. The research is based on the experimental curriculum design and implementation of reality-learning in a Human Resource Management module at the Nanyang Technological University. Reality-learning is a form of experiential education where learning occurs through a cycle of action and reflection in the students.Sense-making defines the hyphen in reality-learning. Reality-learning seeks to bring reality into the classroom.
