A Training System in Taiwan Area: A Case Study of High-tech Training
Human capital is a main resource for economic development today, especially for a region with few natural resources like Taiwan area. Thus, developing a training system with more flexibility and effectiveness in the workplace is a critical issue for Taiwan area. This study examines policy, trends and issues of the training system in Taiwan area and puts forward a high-tech training system as an exemplary model based on the role of the government, universities, and enterprises.
