Staff Remuneration Systems as an Instrument of Talent Management in IT-companies
The work analyses the role and the significance of system of financial (material) and non-financial (nonmaterial) remuneration in the structure of labor motivation of specialists and staff of IT-companies. The research of efficiency of the incentive system in the international company X was conducted. The analysis of the system of material and nonmaterial incentives acting in the company demonstrated problems connected with personnel motivation and development.
