Relationship In-depth Study between Market Orientation and Non-Profit Performance in Public Hospitals
Several studies have confirmed that market orientation is related to organizations performance.This study examines the relationship in the non-profit-hospital in China.The self-reported instrumaents are used in the paper to measure the level of market orientation and performance,and the technique of Structural Equation Model (SEM) is used to examine the relationship.Analyses are based on market and orientation data from 102 non-profit-hospitals in four areas in China.The SEM results confirm the significant positive relationship between the two constructs.
