This article first introduces under the new current economic condition the cooperating and competitive idea;Then carries on the analysis to the Tianjin port group and the peripheral harbor enterprises competition environment,pointed out the harbor enterprise the question as well as the implementation cooperating and competitive necessity which exists in the competition aspect;Finally is to the Tianjin port group cooperating and competitive realization form discussion.
