A Fuzzy Evaluating Method to Measuring Independent Innovation Ability in IC Industry

摘要：

Improving independent innovation has become the core of regulating economy structure,transforming economy increase method and raising the competitiveness of nations and regions.From the perspective of overall innovation process,this paper builds a set of index system which can be used to estimate the independent innovation of IC industry,based on explaining the concept of independent innovation and related views in detail.We use the fuzzy evaluating method to appraise the independent innovation ability of IC industry,and put up with related strategies to develop IC industry.
