The Research of Service Enterprise Productivity and Its Influencing Factors

The concept of service enterprise productivity include efficiency,effectiveness and the resources which are input by corporation and customer.Knowing from the traditional conception,but it followed input-output model.The definition of service enterprise productivity is the precondition of analyzing its influencing factor.The research hold that we must understand service productivity concept by using dual view of enterprise-customer,then analyze the input and output elements and pay attention to the elements balance.As for the basic inscape,the input and output,as the basic dimensionality of service productivity concept,are mainly constituted by efficiency,effect,input of company,input of customer,etc.and every element is also constituted by more specific elements.
