As a crucial issue,leading power on supply chain is a decisive factor about operating patterns.The paper discusses several kinds of operating patterns on supply chain,including Series operating pattern on supply chain dominated by upstream enterprises,Radiate operating patterns on supply chain dominated by Manufacturers,Series operating pattern on supply chain dominated by retailers,Wal-Mart-Valuable Procter & Gamble pattern on supply chain dominated by Manufacturers and retailers and Operating patterns on supply chain dominated by the third party-logistics company.
