Research on Management Mode of Customer Archives in Modern EnterpriseInformation System
Based on defining the concept and content of the customer archives,this paper expatiate on the importance of the customer archives in the modem enterprise archives information and resource architecture.It points out that the customer archives comprise of three parts,the basic customer documents,the transaction archives and the analysis documents,the customer archives should be processed centrally and dynamically to match the modem enterprise archives system.In practice,archives-establishing criteria and filing regulations should be made totally by archives management department,the sharing and interaction of customer archives in enterprise is important and emphasized.
