Without satisfactory staff,there will be no customerssatisfaction.Accordingly,without customerssatisfaction,there will be no enterprisesfuture development.Therefore,if we maintain enterprisesoverall operation by realizing staffs community responsibility in the design of marketing management,we will build more solid development foundation.Especially for the enterprises pursuing long-term benefits and sustainable development,staffs responsibility marketing is absolutely feasible.
