The Analysis of Estate Management Enterprise Based on Customer Satisfaction Index
The estate management enterprise is service enterprise.Owner satisfaction is the motive source that the enterprise keeps on a development.The CSI evaluation system uses the fuzzy evaluation method to appraise the profession grade of service.Customer satisfaction index of estate management enterprise had established in this paper.Each index had been obtained its relative importance in the estate management enterprise customer service.So The CSI evaluation system can be regarded as one kind of new appraisal tool.It may be measured the owner satisfaction precisely to the estate management.It may be instructed the estate management company take the inhabitant as the core.Though it,owners demand and expectation may be really understood and grasped in order to improve the estate management enterprise grade of service and enhance the enterprises core competence.This scientific,feasible method has vital significance to the enterprise intelligence evaluation and sustainable development of estate management enterprise.
