Factors Affecting Customers Interactions with E-Bank: An Empirical Analysis in china

This paper empirically explores the major considerations interacting with e-bank and systematically measures factors affecting customers interactions with e-bank services.The results showed that customer trust had the strongest relationship for usersintention to process transaction online.The second important affecting factor of interaction intention is perceived usefulness,following by ease of use and perceived Security.The findings in this study are useful for e-bank vendors to understand what factors affect customers interactions with e-bank so as to acquire and retain customers.
