Customer Service Improvement by Optimizing Roaming Tariffs Based on Multidimensional Scaling

Customer service level is a focus in telecom industry,and roaming tariffs is becoming an important topic for all customers.In this paper,we propose a method to optimizing roaming tariffs,which is based on the multidimensional scaling.The Multidimensional scaling is one kind of very popular marketing research technology.This article introduces the current condition and facing questions of the motion roaming tariffs firstly.Then it proposes the principle of analysis and the method of the Multidimensional scaling,which provide the theory about the actual roaming tariffs policy-making to rest on the fees problem of the certain province company of China Mobile on the foundation of using SAS statistics software.
