Analysis Methods Research of CustomersSatisfaction Degree

This paper studies the customerssatisfaction degree and the analysis method,and then,proposes the influence factor model for analyzing CSD;The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is adopted to analyze the importance of influence factor for CSD,and the weighted average method is also used to calculate the viewpoint for CSD and so on.Finally taking the commercial aviation enterprise as the example,the paper uses the above methods to analyze and verify the application of CSD.
