Strategy Analysis on Retaining Customers Adherence based on C2C E-commerce Plateform

Nowadays,more and more consumers begin to turn to shopping on the internet.During the development of the internet,the C2C E-commerce Mode becomes one of the main directions in recent years.This disquisition analyzes the results which are studied by the scholars home and abroad about the connotation of customersadherence and factors of influence.It establishes the model of customersadherence based on the C2C E-commerce Platform,and it brings forward the strategy further which is exerted in the competition for the e-commerce enterprises.The strategy is mainly used to maintain customersadherence.
