Highlights of the 2007 iNEMI Roadmap
This presentation is the first Asian public discussion of the 2007 iNEMI Roadmap. The presentation speculates on The Next Big Thing and the technology gaps that will need to be addressed. This edition of the roadmap contains nineteen technology roadmaps which identify future research, development, and implementation needs to continue the growth of the world-wide electronics industry. The roadmapping process benefits the entire global electronics supply chain. We believe this product will find increasing usefulness to industry, government, and academia to help set the future direction of electronics manufacturing.
