Sound Absorption Properties of PVA Nanofiber Membrane and Nonwoven Composites in Low and Medium Frequency
In this paper,a kind of light-weight layered sound absorbing material was designed,which has favorable sound ab-sorbing performance in the low and medium frequency regions.A series of PVA nanofiber membranes were prepared by elec-trospinning.The sound absorption properties of nanofiber membrane composite nonwovens in the frequency range of 100~2 500 Hz were measured by the impedance tube.We investigated the sound absorption properties of PVA nanofiber composite nonwovens.The effects of the solvent,TiO2 and cavity depth on the sound absorption properties were also studied.The results showed that the sound absorption performance of the composites was improved in the whole frequency range compared with the ordinary nonwovens.At the same time,the initial frequency that the sound absorption coefficient which was greater than 0.2 moved to the low frequency range.
