Calibration of Yarn-Based Temperature Sensor

  With the severe situation in COVID-19,the real-time monitoring of human physiological information has become important,and human body temperature has important guiding significance for health.At present,sensors for real-time meas-urement of human body temperature are generally made of hard materials,which give people poor comfort,so the application range is small.In this paper,platinum fiber with a diameter of 0.02 mm and spandex yarn were used to prepare the yarn with temperature sensing function,with length of 12 cm and twist of 4000 turns per meter.The linearity of the yarn-based temper-ature sensor is 0.998,and the temperature coefficient of resistance is 3.218×10-℃-1.The results show that the yarn temper-ature sensor has the advantages of good linearity and high temperature measurement accuracy.
