Study on the Preparation and Performance of Waterproof and Breathable Film Based on Electrostatic Spinning
Because of its excellent performance,waterproof and breathable film has important applications in clothing,auto-mobile,construction,chemical industry,medical treatment and other fields.In this study,polyester polyurethane(TPU)and polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)were prepared with different concentrations(13%,15%,17%)and different proportions(100/0,90/10,80/20,70/30,0/100).Then,a waterproof and breathable film was prepared by electrostatic spinning,and the surface morphology,pore diameter,air permeability,moisture permeability and hydrostatic pressure of the film were tested,respectively.The results show that:The adhesion state of fiber is improved obviously when the spinning voltage is 25 kV,the receiving distance is 12 cm,the concentration of spinning solution is 15%and TPU and PVDF at 70/30 weight ratio.At the same time,the pore size of the micro-nanofiber film is 1.75 μm,the air permeability is 66 mm·s-1,the moisture permeability is 387 g·m-2·h-1,the hydrostatic pressure is 2.82 kPa.The comprehensive performance is bet-ter.
