Efficient Processing Technology of Recycled Polyester Fiber Blended Yarn Based on Heavy Quantitative Siro Spinning

  In this paper,super weight processing and siro spinning technology were adopted to prepare high quality and com-fortable recycled polyester fiber blended yarn.Two-component blended yarns were prepared by blending recycled polyester fi-ber with viscose,modal and combed cotton respectively.Hence,the softness,moisture absorption and air permeability of re-cycled polyester fiber yarns could get improved.The pre-drawing blending method and improved chemical-fiber combing tech-nology were used to produce high quality slivers with fewer fiber defects where fiber materials were evenly distributed.The Siro spinning of super weight processing technology was adopted to prepare three kinds of two-component blended yarn,which were modal/recycled polyester 75/25 and combed cotton/recycled polyester 50/50.All these blended yarns meet the require-ments of corresponding product quality standards.And at the same time,the production processes met the requirements of low cost and high efficiency.
