Extraction of Wool Keratin by LiBr-NaHSO3 System

摘要：

　　In this paper,the solution system composed of LiBr and NaHSO3 was used to extract keratin by using the synergis-tic effect of metal salt and reducing agent.The results showed that the concentration of LiBr was 7 mol/L,the dosage of NaH-SO3 was 200%on weight of wool,and the reaction temperature was 90℃for 12 h.The dissolution rate of wool could reach 72%,and the extraction rate of keratin could reach 75%,which was an effective keratin extraction method.
