Preparation of Polyamide Microporous Membrane Based on Phase Inversion Method and Development of Coated Fabric
With the development of science and technology and the improvement of economic life,the existing waterproof and breathable fabrics on the market are gradually unable to meet people's demand for environmental protection and green and high requirements for waterproof and breathable fabrics.The microporous membrane is prepared by the phase inversion meth-od,which can be used to develop an environmentally friendly multifunctional waterproof and moisture-permeable fabric.Com-pared with the sintering method,the phase inversion method used has lower energy consumption and simple method.The ma-terials used such as CaCl2,ethanol,PEG,and PVP are harmless to the human environment.The dissolution of polyamide by different alcohol systems,the influence of different dispersants on the microporous membrane and the influence of different concentrations of dispersants on the coated fabric were studied,and the samples were tested by viscometer,scanning electron microscope and fabric breather.It is concluded that adding 12.5 g/L PEG to the 1060 g/L CaCl2/ethanol system can have a better effect on the preparation of waterproof and breathable fabrics.
