Study on Preparation and Performance of ES Fiber Thermal Bonding Directional Water-Transfer Nonwoven Materials

  In this work,the raw materials of ES hydrophilic fibers and ES hydrophobic fibers and the equipment of hot-air bonding and hot-rolling bonding equipment were used to produce ES fiber thermally bonded nonwoven materials,and the effects of the two reinforcement methods on the directional water-transfer property of the materials were investigated.The di-rected water-transfer properties of the materials were tested,other properties tests on materials which possess directed water-transfer performance were also carried out.The results show that:ES fiber hot-rolled nonwoven materials possess excellent di-rected water-transfer property,and the directional water-transfer property weakens when the thermal bonding temperature and density increase,the ES fiber hot-air nonwoven materials cannot achieve directional water-transfer property.
