Spray Method Makes Silver-Plated Polyamide Fabric
In the preparation process of conductive fabrics,the fabric is generally put into a solution for oxidation-reduction reaction to deposit metal ions on the fabric,thereby improving the conductivity of the fabric.However,part of the metal ions will be deposited on the inner wall of the container during the reaction,causing losses.In this experiment,silver ammonia solution and glucose were used as reactants,and polyamide silver-plated fabrics were prepared by spraying the bottle to form a spray.Through orthogonal experiments,the influence of the silver ammonia solution concentration,glucose concentration,spraying method,and reaction time on the silver plating effect of the fabric was explored.The effect of silver plating was char-acterized by fabric weight gain,conductivity and surface morphology in the experiment.The results show that the silver plat-ing effect is best in the concentration of silver ammonia solution is 35 g/L,the glucose concentration is 150 g/L,the spra-ying method is 1,and the reaction time is 80 min.
