A Comparative Analysis for Chinese and Japanese Firefly Lightscape
According to the academic definition of lightscape[1],firefly light is the objective and meaningful visual scenery in nature,which is widely recorded in Chinese and Japanese literature.This paper mainly compares the similarities and differences in primitive belief,Zen charm,aesthetic connotation of firefly lightscape.Comparison of construction ideas,artistic conception of firefly scenes in classical gardens is also explored,so as to provide a perspective for differentiation in the development of two countries'firefly landscape,as well as reference for China's firefly landscape construction.
