Assessment of the Effectiveness of Agricultural Policy
The article defines the object and directions of the implementation of agricultural policy,reveals its features and specifics,shows the influence of the level of development of agricultural policy on food security of the state.The efficiency of agrarian policy cannot be assessed using a single indicator,because it includes a number of independent directions,such as the development of agricultural production,ensuring food security,improving the living standards of the rural population,increasing the incomes of agricultural producers.In this regard,the efficient assessment of agricultural policy should include a detailed analysis of various areas with the use of special-purpose assessment indicators.The article presents a methodology for assessing the efficiency of agrarian policy,which allows to determine the integral indicator:the index of efficiency,calculated on the basis of economic,financial and social indicators of efficiency.For each indicator of the efficiency of agrarian policy,we established assessment criteria and threshold values of indicators.
